“How do I get the screen to unzoom, I can't even watch a movie and get the whole picture on the screen ?”

try click the zoom button the the remote twice a menu should pop up and ask you. Or if not try click the zoom button and the then the roller on the remote. I havent used the feature much when i get home i will try it out and report back if u havent figured it out yet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.press gear button on magic remote , then on right side of screen a menu will pop up , then click on yellow icon which is the aspect ratio , there you can change to you correct screen size !
