Are you sure that it is not the dish tv system that is causing the pixeling. I have never had any problem with pixeling with my LG. I use verizon for a provider.

From the HOME SCREEN, select PICTURE MENU. Select ADVANCED/ALL SETTINGS, Select PICTURE OPTIONS, then TRUMOTION. Cycle through each of the options, if this does not resolve the issue, turn it OFF.
