Hi there. We understand your inquiry about the screen film on your LG 55" Class 85A Series QNED evo AI MiniLED 4K UHD Smart webOS TV. Thank you for reaching out to us. Our LG TVs, including the 55QNED85AUA model, are typically shipped with a protective film on the screen to prevent scratches during transport. This film is intended to be removed. On most models, there is a small, clear tab on one of the corners to help you peel it off. If you do not see a tab, please inspect the edges of the screen very carefully. The film is very thin and can be hard to spot.
