“Why is the TV on Live TV when I turn it on? It makes that horrible "snow" sound and shows the "snow" picture until I turn something else on - the other LG I bought does not do this. Hopefully it is a setting I can change.”

My tv did the same thing & i could never disable it . Directv worked after finding the HDMI input . I will never buy LG again. Only Samsung for me ...

You can set the TV to turn on to a default input. Please reach out to our support team via private message on Facebook @LGUSSupport and use #VOC in your first message to our social media support team or call at 800-243-0000.
