It appears you have what's called screen burn-in. This happens when you have a certain image on the screen for a long long long time. It doesn't have to be sitting there for hours, but can be cumulative. Like let's say, everyday you have it hooked up to your PC and you frequently open up an app that brings up that box in the middle of the screen. The pixels on the oled tv turns on and off individually, like little light bulbs. Over a very long time, if these bulbs get continuously used to show more bright over certain areas frequently, they tend to, not quite burn out like a light bulb, but get slightly dimmer. There is no way of fixing this. A work around is basically burning in the rest of your tv to match but there is no real practical way to do this.
