“Is this TV totally compatible with all of Xfinity offerings?”

I don't know any reason it wouldn't be. The only thing I can think of that may not be supported would be the Xfinity stream app and to be clear, I don't know that it isn't. Otherwise, it should be totally OK. It's got the HDMI ports and that's what you would need for traditional cable.
