Which two questions are you asking about the LG CX 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55CXPUA? As you stated, the space between the surface that the TV is mounted on and the bottom of the panel is 1.3" and if you Soundbar has a height of 3.1", it will cover some of the bottom part of the screen...^IFV
