The HBO Max app is currently only available through other apps on the LG CX 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55CXPUA. We are continually working to add the latest streaming applications, such as HBO, but cannot provide a concrete timeline right now. Much of the HBO content through the Amazon Prime, YouTube TV or Apple TV+ apps that are available on our platform...^IFV UPDATE: HBO Max is now available in the LG Content Store and is accessible to TVs with a webOS4.0/4.5/5.0/6.0. ^Daphane

HBO Max is currently not available on any LG tvs. You can however connect a device that does support HBO Max. Apple tv, Xbox One and Playstation 4. Or stream from your IOS device with Airplay2.
