You will have to review the specifications for the mount that you intend to use with the LG CX 55 inch Class 4K Smart OLED TV w/ AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # OLED55CXPUA to determine if it will allow you to place an outlet for the TV where you intend to mount the TV. You can probably get an installation guide online for the mount that you intend to use from its manufacturer to look at CAD Drawings for it which will have the dimensions so you can determine where to place the outlet. The recommended LG EZ Slim Wall Mount for 2019 LG OLED, NanoCell and UHD TVs is a Full Motion Mount that can be used to mount the TV and will let you place the outlet where you prefer.
