This TV does support Bluetooth 5.3, which allows you to pair compatible Bluetooth audio devices such as headphones or soundbars. For dual audio output (sound from both the TV and Bluetooth headphones at the same time), the feature is not natively supported to output audio simultaneously to internal speakers and Bluetooth headphones. However, you can enable LG Sound Sync or use optical out in combination with a Bluetooth transmitter if you're aiming for a custom setup.
