“Is there a way to change the screen to something else when I start up the TV. When I turn it on it automatically goes to the live TV screen but I don't have that. Can I have it so when I turn on the TV it starts with Netflix or Hulu?”

The TV is not able to default to an application. If you have a device such as a DVD player or video game system changing the TV to that input should save the input as what it turns on to.
