from the outer edge of one "foot" to the other is 37.25"; the feet do not slide or slip around but I would allow an inch on either side just in case; as a temp solution, I put 2 pieces of plywood down on top of the unit which hang out 2" past the edge on each side because mine was about 2" short; I know this is not "elegant" but it works well '__'

Please try again later.Regrettably, we the width that the stand legs on the LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55UH615o are apart is not listed in the product's specification although the depth (i.e. the distance from front to back) for the stand legs is given as 9.1". If it is of any help, the TV has a width of 48.8" and the legs are almost as far apart as the width of the TV, they are about 45-46" apart.
