If I am not mistaken, this tv offers HDR upscaling, not true HDR. You have to read the specifications section closely and if it's Best Buy's specs, even those may be incorrect. My advice would be to check the model number on the manufacturer's website. They all play this game with refresh rates too. TruMotion 120, MotionRate 120, etc., are all just ad gimmicks. Read the specs and you'll find most are truly 60 Hz refresh rates. Hope that helps!
