Buy TV stand legs ($20-$40) that attach to standard VESA mount screw holes on the back of the TV, and LG leg spacing is no longer a concern -- you won't even attach them! Since the VESA mount legs are typically a foot or so apart, the TV becomes stable on relatively small tables or stands.
