QuestionThis is my second LG. On both the closed captioning shows up in the middle of the screen and obscures the picture. Adjustments of closed captioning in settings does not stay. I have a big black box filled with white letters in the middle of my picture. ??

- Answer Assuming that your service is through a cable set-top box, you will need to make sure that the Closed Captioning on both the LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55UJ7700 and on your other TV and on your set-top boxes are turned off. You should be able to turn it off from the settings for your set-top box. Your Cable Company can assist you with his if further assistance is needed...^IFV
