A:Answer Assuming that your service is through a cable set-top box, you will need to make sure that the Closed Captioning on both the LG 4K UHD HDR Smart LED TV - 55" Class (54.6" Diag), Model # 55UJ7700 and on your other TV and on your set-top boxes are turned off.
