A:Answer It's a mechanical device, comes with all the required mounting screws, and mounting directions in english, spanish, and french (I think). The biggest issue was getting it centered on the wall, mounted to the studs, and getting it all lined up. That part just takes planning - don't rush. Mounting it to the TV was the easiest part. Total install time was a little over an hour - including the planning.
