It comes with the base legs. You have to buy the wall mount.

Our TV did not come with a wall mount. But I’d did come with a stand (2 sets of legs that attach to the sides of the bottom)

No it does not come with a mount however it can be mounted if you buy a mount separately.

Neither the LG 55 inch Class 4K Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® (54.6'' Diag), Model # 55UM7300PUA nor any of our 4K LED LCD Smart UHD TV w/AI ThinQ® TVs come with an included wall mount. What the specifications indicate is that it comes with a stand which is referring to the stand legs shown in the images of the TV, not a wall mount which has to be purchased separately. The Specs list the VESA Wall Mount Standard as 300mm x 300mm so you know what VESA Compliant Wall Mount will work with the TV and they indicate that the TV is wall mountable...^IFV
