“I already have a wall bracket that fits my 55 inch Samsung Smart TV. Do I need to buy special hardware for the back of the LG OLED b7a? The photo does not show Hardware of any kind on the back that I could see. My current TV simply slides down”

I upgraded my lg 47in lcd to a 55 oled b7 and the wallbracket worked just fine. The hardware used in my original mount was compatible. Just be aware that the b7 and c7 have the wallmounts in the lower half of the tv not in the middle like some older TVs so the tv will sit higher on the wall if you leave mount in the same location.

The installer was able to just remove the TV and install the new LG 55 inch Samsung Smart TV. The technician had all the necessary screws to install the new TV.
