“OLED55B7A, I cannot for the life of me get sound from my SAMSUNG BLURAY BD1250 player via LG bluetooth (headphones)... everything is paired right.. I can hear anything from the tv itself...i.e cable-netflix-Amazon... but not from the player?”

Go into settings and make sure you've switched audio output to external speakers. If you have, you will not hear from your tv. Happened to me with mine, but I'm used to it. You can also choose both internal and external, but this can cause bad feedback and I would not recommend it. I truly hope this helps.
