• There's actually a whole slew of free channels and apps available, and when setting up a digital antenna and scanning (which I highly recommend you do), it will integrate a lot of these channels with your over-the-air channels to give it a cable-tv feel. I was pretty impressed when I set this up for my parents!

• I believe all streaming may need a subscription but with small antenna you can get HD local programing.
