“Can True Motion be disabled? My wife doesn't like to effect on some movies and shows.”

• Yes it can be disabled in the settings. Push the settings button on remote. Select All Settings then Picture then Advanced Settings then Clarity. Scroll to the last option and set TruMotion to off.
