No it does not you can just click the input button on the remote to change it

Please try again later.You can select an input on the LG 55-inch Class UQ7570 PUJ series LED 4K UHD Smart webOS 22 TV, Model # 55UQ7570PUJ, without having to cycle through the inputs using the standard remote that comes as an included accessory with the TV or with the compatible LG Magic Remote, Model # MR22GN that has to be purchased separately. Regrettably, we have not tested the TV with a Harmony remote to advise you how it would work with the remote...^Ivan.
