Will this TV work well in a very sunny sun room? null

The salesman told me the picture of this TV would be better a darker room where the Samsung I was looking at would be better for a brighter room. My living room is located in the back of my townhouse so it doesn't get any direct light. The salesman was right!

Yes, absolutely you can go to your settings and you can actually change the definition to cinema or standard vivid, etc.. I have my TV by the window absolutely no glare probably one of the best decisions I made and buying this TV.
