“What's the difference with regards to "hook up" and "installation"? Wanted to by this and still do, on-line I was ready to buy it, but wanted the wife to see it 1st hand. Went by the local BB and the sales rep mentioned that it would cost an additional 139.95 to have it installed. Meanwhile on line "if purchasing appliances totalling over 399.95 free delivery, haul away, and hook-up. And further more I was willing to purchase brand new tubing from BB if I wanted the item hooked up.”

BB does not install. If you already have a game line my guess is that they will "hook up" the connection. When I initially purchased mine they did charge me an installation fee which was later refunded because they don't do installation

You will definitely want to speak to either the sales rep or contact Best Buy's Geek Squad to have them explain their installation services and how the charges break down. The terms "Hook up" and installation generally mean the same thing, but it's all semantics and depends on the person using the terminology and how they're suing it!...IFV
