“Why won't the burner covers clean up? YOU ARE NOT ANSWERING OUR QUESTIONS PROPERLY! I've used different cleaners and can't get the burner covers clean. The burner covers are spotted! My husband thinks that there may be impurities in the natural gas causing this. I do not have spill overs and there are no splatters causing this. All I know is a lot of us have paid a lot of money for this range only to have it looking terrible in a few months. Do you offer replacement burner covers?”

We have had are stove about 3 months. I have had something boil over a few times. The burner covers still look as good as new. Maybe it is something with your natural gas.
