“Why do the burner covers discolor even if there were no spills or splashes? I have only had my stove 3 months and the burners are spotted and discolored. I have not had any spills on them and have cleaned them in warm soapy water. They are not sticky or cruddy just spotty. Why won't they come clean? Do you offer replacements?”

Mine had a light coat of persevering oil them when unpacked.

It is natural for the griddles to become spotted and discolored and if you check page 15 of your users manual, there is a note that highlights this! Remember that the type of metal used so that this can be converted to a convection and be able to distribute the heat effectively is going to discolor when subjected to heat and that is natural for all convection ovens...IFV
