“When I bake things in the oven nothing seems to cook completely. Especially cakes and anything with dough. Its like t he Oven doesnt hold the temperature. Its getting frustrated that my baking items are not cooking through. Help...Any ideas?”

If your oven is "ProBake" you're out of luck. It really means "NoBake". You can do pretty much anything else with it except BAKE. Best results are baking on the very bottom rack (because apparently the ProBake ovens removed the bottom element). This seems to even out the top/bottom heat so the bottom will at least start to cook before the top burns.
