    The glass on the door gets extremely hot when we have the oven on. We have little kids and it is hot enough that it worries us. We have exchanged one range thinking it was a defect but second has same issue. Is this normal? should we get a another model?   (0 Answers)

      Is it normal that the range top gets way too hot to the touch when oven is in use? Also when baking it seems that the edges cook rather quickly but the inside of the cake doesn't... seems to bake unevenly. Any suggestions?   (1 Answer)

        There is an oven vent just above the cooktop below the rearguard that the oven control pad is on the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Single Oven Electric Range with EasyClean®, MOdel # LRE3061ST and on page 27 in your owner's manual is cautions that "Areas near the vent may become hot during operation and may cause burns. Do not block the vent opening. Avoid placing plastics near the vent as heat may distort or melt the plastic. It is normal for steam to be visible when cooking."...^IFV foods with high moisture content
