• Griddle plate sits on top of burner. You can remove griddle and use center burner as other burners. Griddle is extra. We like this option.

• A long round burner is underneath, specifically to heat up just the griddle. The griddle is removable to clean.

• there is a cast iron center stove grid, the same as the other burners. I leave the griddle off unless I am Going to use it, fits into the bottom draw of oven
