“Can you cook with a regular pot or pan on the middle burner meant for the griddle?”

• Yes you can if you are using a very large pan. But you won't really be able to use the other burners at the same time. Cook top is extremely tight.

• Absolutely, just be careful that the pan is large enough to cover the burner.
