Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I hate to tell you but, LG is very strict on their warranty. Fixing the appliance after the warranty has lapsed is a losing proposition. We had an accident and broke the cook top a month after it was delivered. Not covered by warranty of course, but replacing it will cost as much as half the price of the original unit. Oh, and if you try and contact BestBuy for service they will put you in a Que for LG, who will tell you your warranty is lapsed. You may have some luck with a LG authorized service center if they can just replace a sensor or re-flash the memory. Good Luck.
