Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Sorry about your experience. I have been using my induction range for about a week and a half now and, so far, I have not had any malfunction - or non function. Assuming you had the range delivered and set up by Best Buy, they ran a "test" of all the primary functions including the front and rear induction elements. I suggest that in addition to contacting LG you carefully read the Manual which I have been doing daily. Your issue will very likely be discussed there. Those front elements are for your large pots and pans. Your smaller cookware goes in the rear. Finally, if you are an induction "newbie" (I am not) you may be using the elements incorrectly. Again, putting in time with the manual and practice should get you over the hump. If you have double checked the instructions and trouble shoot advice LG provided in the manual and STILL have problems with the front elements then, sigh, you will have to take this up with LG and BB.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You have to have an induction capable pan that is large enough to cover the burner.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. They turn off automatically if the pan is not the correct type. If a magnet doesn’t stick to the bottom it won’t work.
