I realize this was posted awhile ago, but- We don’t have this exact oven, but a similar LG slide in induction range…the answer is no. I’m actually online trying to see if I can do anything with ours, after yet another failed batch of cookies. It doesn’t hold temp at all. Seems to get to temp, and then slowly sort of trickle down while baking. Extremely frustrating to bake anything.

Hi Sal, Yes, the temperature will be accurate. We want to also let you know that you can keep an eye on your temperature or change, etc. with the ThinQ App. The good news is that this model is a True Convection Range and oh yea it's smart. ~Tanisha
