Hi there, Kar. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the LSEL6335XE 6.3 cu ft. Slide-In Electric True Convection Range with InstaView. Yes, this model does include a broiler function in the oven. When you select the Broil High or Broil Low setting on the front control panel, the hidden broil element located at the top of the oven cavity will activate. To use it effectively, ensure that your oven rack is positioned in one of the top two rack positions—this allows food to be close enough to the broil element for proper searing and browning. As a first troubleshooting step, if you notice uneven broiling or that the broiler isn’t heating as expected, turn the range off, allow it to cool, then verify that the rack is securely seated in the upper position and that there are no foil or cookware obstructions. Once everything is in place, select Broil High and let the oven preheat for 5 minutes before placing food inside to ensure the broil element reaches the correct temperature. https://www.bestbuy.com/site/lg-6-3-cu-ft-slide-in-electric-true-convection-range-with-instaview-and-premium-handle-printproof-stainless-steel/6623704.p?skuId=6623704 If you continue to experience any issues with the broiler or if you have further questions about operation, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport.
