“I have the double oven like this one. I hear the whining noise also when using the top oven which is not convection so why would I hear the convection fan running?”

At least two other people have the same problem. My repair man said this range has two fans: a convection fan and a cooling fan. The problem is the cooling fan. Best Buy replaced my range but the new range has the same noisy problem. Trying to decide what to do.
