• The Brilliant Blue Interior provides an upscale look with premium interior design. It is porcelain enamel. You cannot really see the blue enamel when the interior light is off. Mostly likely it will be the same on future models but I cannot say for certain. • No it can not be seen. The blue signals the type of inside coating it has and convection. That's pretty much what I put together AD I shopped around and co.pared. I got one with the built in Air fryer. Love it. But with light off nothing is seen. But when you open the door bam
