Can you use cast iron skillets on the cooktop? null

I use cast iron skillets on my smooth glass cooktop all the time. I'd recommend not sliding them around or banging them on the cook top. Works great with cast iron!

The owners manual for this model on page 28 says that Cast Iron cookware is not recommended for ceramic cooktops.
