OMG did you not read my reply?? Again: I have reached out to Best Buy on 4 separate occasions. Their customer service team is worthless. Apparently, LG customer service is equally worthless. Unbelievable that you are this bad at your job.

They are blaming LG for the issue, and have even suggested I purchase a range from Samsung or KitchenAid instead. They've said they cannot get answers from LG and have no idea when LG is going to ship this to them. It's making both Best Buy and LG look totally disorganized, not connected to each other, and completely NOT customer-centric in trying to come up with a real answer.
