• Thank you for your interest in the LG 6.3 cu. ft. Smart Induction Slide-in Range with InstaView®, ProBake Convection®, Air Fry, and Air Sous Vide (LSIL6336F) model. The LG LSIL6336F range does not have a bread proof function, but it has a proofing setting for bread making. The default temperature is 92°F, which may be too warm for sourdough. The lowest temperature is 92°F, and it can't be used for fermentation.
