“there was a rattling sound that began as the oven was preheating. The sound continued during my meal prep using both the stove and oven and it continued for about 15 mins. after turning range off. Any suggestions on what’s causing this and a solution?”

Hi there Cindy. Thanks for reaching out. This is normal. These are the sound of internal parts operating, such as the cooling fan. When the cooling fan runs at all mode, the fan makes a humming sound especially in order to cool the motor operation when the oven temperature rises above 270F. The fan will eventually stop when oven temperature is below 270F. ~Jai.
