This question is for: LG - 6.3 Cu. Ft. Smart Slide-In Electric True Convection Range with EasyClean and Air Fry - Stainless Steel

I had this issue with mine. Geek squad fixed it. There was a short behind one of the burner Knobs.

As explained in the note (Hot Surface Indicator) on page 32 in your owner's manual for the LG 6.3 cu Ft. Smart Wi-Fi Enabled ProBake Convection® InstaView® Electric Slide-In Range with Air Fry, Model # LSEL6335FE under 'Using the Cooktop Elements' "The hot surface indicator light glows as long as any surface cooking area is too hot to touch. - It remains on after the element is turned off, and until the surface has cooled to approximately 150 ˚F."...^Ivan.
