We understand the importance of compatibility when using a large canner on your cooktop. You can use a 16-quart canner on this range, but for optimal performance and safety, ensure the canner’s base is flat and does not exceed the size of the burner. The range’s largest element is the 12"/9"/6" Triple Element, which is ideal for larger cookware. Additionally, avoid extending the canner beyond 1 inch from the edge of the burner to maintain even heating and prevent potential damage to the ceramic glass surface. https://www.lg.com/us/cooking-appliances/lg-lsel6335fe-slide-in-electric-range#pdp_specs If you have further questions, feel free to reach out to us directly on social media @LGUSSupport.
