“How easy or hard is it to keep the cooking surface clean? If something spills over and not immediately cleaned will it leave burnt residue that is hard to remove? We currently have a black Kenmore Elite gas stove which is very difficult to clean.”

• It cleans up well, we do not have a problem with food residue heating up on the surface to where it is difficult to wipe up.
