• Grates and burner heads/caps can be removed for care and cleaning. For even and unhampered flame, the slits in the burner heads must be kept clean at all times.The burner heads and caps (and the oval burner head and cap assembly) can be lifted off. Do not attempt to remove the oval burner cap. ^CP
