“Is the griddle non-stick or cast iron? The previous model had a light weight non-stick griddle. I would like to know if the griddle is the same or if it has been upgraded to a heavy-duty cast iron griddle. Thanks!”

• Cast iron. Does not stick very much though. This is very sturdy. If you are looking at the gas version the stove top itself is cast iron as well much like an outdoor bbq pit the look works with a wide range of looks and set ups.
