On the left side of the control panel you will see two option sets, "Upper" and "Lower". 

To turn on the lower range, use the buttons under that subset with the following directions:
 1) Select the CONV Bake or Conv Roast
 2) Enter Temperature Desired
 3) Press Start on the right side of the control panel.
 4) When the internal temperature of the oven is reached it will play a melody.

On the bottom row choose what cook setting you want, conv bake, conv roast, warm/proof, pizza. When your temp setting comes up if you want to change it go to your number pad and put in the temp you want (400 for 4 hundred, 450 for 4 hundred fifty ect...), then to the right of numbers hit the start button. See screenshots.
