“Is there a reason that the burners turn on and off during cooking. I have to cook in high for consistent and constant heat”

• This should not be happening. My flames all stay consistent. Does that happen in your oven as well? If so you may have an issue with your gas line.

• It sounds like you don’t have sufficient gas flow or pressure. Make sure the valve behind the stove is fully open. We converted ours to propane and can easily run all burners on high with no problems.
