• Hello Mnms.Flames should definitely not be coming out the back of the 6.9 cu. ft. Gas Double Oven Range with ProBake Convection® and EasyClean®, Model # LDG4313ST and you should return the oven back especially after noticing that the back is damaged after taking out from its carton...^Ivan
