• Hello, cooktop width 29 7/8" (758.8 mm), Depth (Includes Door Handle) 29 17/64" (743.2 mm). The griddle can only be used with the center burner. The griddle must be properly placed on the center grate. After cooking on the griddle for an extended period, adjust the griddle temperature settings as the griddle retains heat. Do not remove the center grate when using the griddle. ^Vanessa
