QuestionBURN IN IMAGEWe bought a 60 inch plasma LG TV and we (me and my husband) were wondering if we watch like TV and like say NICK JR is at the bottom of the TV we were wondering if we watch that television show and it doesn't go away because it is part of the program will it burn into our TV

- Answer Plasma TVs are subject to burn-in, however, it is only if an image is left still on the screen for a long period of time. Even so, the LG Plasma TVs have a color wash option in order to prevent/eliminate a burn-in issue.

- Answer Depends where you are buying from... When I bought this tv in Orlando, FL the store actually had it for 899.99 rather than the 999.99 listed on the website. If you're buying in-store take your state's sales tax--in my case 6.5%-- and multiply it by the price. ie: 899.99 x .065 = 58.49935 + 899.99 = $958.49. If you're purchasing online you'll need to check your state's laws on sales tax for intra/inter state online purchases.

- Answer That would give whatever you're watching the wrong proportions. Usually there is an HD version of a channel if you want the 16:9 aspect ratio.

- Answer There is no technical difference between those two models. The only difference is that one is a club model while the other is a general retail model.

- Answer Yes. I had the same issue. On your remote: Go to settings, select picture, then you can turn the Energy feature off.

QuestionHow complex is the TV timer and is there a channel lock?I'm mounting this TV in a lobby of one of our buildings. Does this TV have a timer setting so it can turn on and off at set times (not sure if TV’s even have that sort of capability), and also does it have a channel lock so that people cannot go up and change channel.
